µPGA2 Prozessoren

Kann man mit denen auch so was anfangen.

Sollte letztes jahr mal nen Siemens Notebook mit 600er P3 bekommen, hab mir dann 2 (der eine mehr durch zufall) Celeron geschossen zum aufrüsten, das ist aber dann geplatzt.

Nun hab ich hier

1,7V 900MHZ pD0 24Watt SL5PY
1,6V 800MHZ pD0 17,6Watt SL584

wieder gefunden, die 2 celeron eben ;)

Kann man da ausser im Notebook überhaupt was anfangen?

ich hab auch sowas umerdummkugeln (siehe avatar) aber ich glaub nicht dass man mit denen noch was machen kann außer an die wand nageln!
die waren afaik nur für NB!!

Ja sich aber nun nen Notebook zu holen nur um die mal zu testen (wurden jedenfalls net als defekt verkauft!) lohnt auch kaum :(

Hab nen IBM T20 mit nem P3 600 drin, weis aber nicht ob die Celerons da reinpassen würden.

sicherlich, solange dein sockel µPGA2 is, sollten sie passen. Zumindest machte ich mir darüber die wenigsten sorgen, sind ja 100mhz und keine 133mhz prozessoren, wenn der chipsatz nur 100 unterstützt hat man da ja nen problem.

mach das, die bauform is jedenfalls deutlich kleiner als bei desktop prozessoren fallen also schon auf wenn du den kühler von deinem notebook schonmal unten hattest.
